California Privacy Notice

This notice applies to California residents and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It explains how NX Industrial Cloud, Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
Personal information collected
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — names, addresses, email addresses, IP addresses
- California customer records — financial information, telephone numbers, driver's license numbers
- Commercial information — purchase history and tendencies
- Internet activity — browsing history and website interactions
- Geolocation data — physical location information
- Professional or employment information — job history
We do not collect protected classifications, biometric data, sensory data, education records, or inferences drawn about consumer behavior.
Sources of information
We obtain personal information from two channels: information you provide to us directly, and information gathered indirectly through your activity on our websites.

- To perform business analyses
Third-party sharing
Personal information may be shared with service providers; affiliated companies and licensees; ad serving networks; legal authorities where required; and recipients in connection with a business transfer.
We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Your rights as a California resident
Access and data portability. You may request specific details about the personal information we have collected, its sources, and how it has been used within the preceding twelve (12) months.
Deletion. You may request removal of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions for ongoing business needs, security, legal compliance, and permitted internal uses.
Opt-out. Consumers aged sixteen (16) and over may direct us to stop selling personal information.

We will respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable to ninety (90) days with notice to you. There is no fee unless a request is excessive or repetitive.
Non-discrimination
We will not penalize you for exercising your CCPA rights through denial of services, price increases, or reductions in service quality.
Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to browser "do-not-track" signals, as no common industry standard for such signals has been adopted.
Changes to this notice
Material amendments to this notice will be communicated by email or by notice on our websites before they take effect.
