Limited Hardware Warranty

About this warranty

NX Industrial Cloud, Inc. warrants hardware products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal use and conditions for one year from the date of original shipment to the original end user purchaser.

At its discretion, the Company will repair, replace, or repurchase a defective product. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is the exclusive remedy for product defects, replacing all other warranties, express or implied.

This warranty applies to hardware products supplied by the Company, including hardware acquired by NX Industrial Cloud, Inc. together with the platform and operations it supports.

Warranty exclusions

Coverage does not apply where:

• Products are altered without written authorization;
• Installation or operation violates the Company's instructions;
• Products experience abnormal stress, liquid contact, or misuse;
• Failures result from causes outside the Company's products;
• Incompatible devices or software are installed;
• Products are used in unauthorized enclosures;
• Damage is cosmetic only;
• Products are operated outside their design specifications;
• Damage results from extreme events, including lightning, power surges, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornados; or
• Third-party products are involved.

The Company is not liable for loss or damage to a product in return transit. The Company excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Warranty claim procedure

To make a claim, contact [email protected] within the warranty period to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The purchaser pays for shipping the product to the Company. For valid warranty claims, the Company pays return shipping. All claims are subject to testing and examination of the returned product.
